Milton EC Education

This fundraiser is supporting the Milton Early Childhood Education program.  You have the option of selecting between two different designs for the front.  Image shown on grey, but you can select from several different shirt colors.

                

Also, if you’d like to add Milton Early Childhood Education to the back of your items, please select that option before adding your item to the cart.  *(Students in the Early Childhood Education program at Milton must select YES to have the back design printed on your item.)*

During checkout, you have the option to select “check” payment and submit payment to: Milton ECE Club.  If you’d like to pay online, select “PayPal” and then a new screen will open that gives you the option to use your PayPal balance, or pay with debit/credit card.

All orders will be collected until September 30th, and then produced and distributed in October.  Shipping is not available for this order.

ECH Apparel

This online shop has been created to offer Pre-Hospital employees of Evangelical Community Hospital, with the opportunity to purchase work (and non-work) wear.  This online shop will be open until midnight on 9/28/18.  All items will be decorated with the hospital logo.   Embroidered items can be customized (where applicable) with name and/or title on the opposite chest.  Some items can receive PARAMEDIC or EMT on the back in Scotchlite Reflective material.  These custom features can be applied to each item before adding to the cart.

Each item has a direct link to the manufacturer for product description, as well as uniform policy details – such as colors approved for work wear.  Please read these details before selecting your items.  Ladies items tend to run slim and buyers are encouraged to round up a size.  Custom items cannot be returned. The flipping pictures show a unisex style in comparison with the ladies style.

If you order online, you can pay online!  You also have the option to select “check payment.”  Please make checks payable to: Blue Heron Sports.  For online payment, select the PayPal option, which will allow you to use your PayPal balance, or a debit/credit card.

When checking out online, please use the “company line” of the contact information area to fill in your location (Watsontown, White Deer, Milton, Mifflinburg, Middleburg, or Medic 60.)

Warrior Run Elementary

This apparel sale is for Warrior Run elementary students, their families, and the general community.  All items will be decorated with the Shield Design.

Orders can be placed online or via paper order form (available at the school.)  If you order online, you may pay online via PayPal, debit, or credit card.  If you order via the paper order form, you can pay with cash or check only.

IF YOU ORDER ONLINE: please put your child AND teacher’s name in the COMPANY LINE below your name during checkout.

Paper order forms must be submitted (with payment) by Thursday, September 20, 2018.

Online orders and payment can be submitted until midnight on Sunday, September 23, 2018.

Your completed items will be distributed later in October.
